Basic Mechanic
Both Follow Me and Rage Powder are priority +2 moves that force opponents to attack the user instead of the partner. Differences:
- Follow Me: works against any target, including physical contact moves
- Rage Powder: does NOT affect Grass-types, Overcoat users, or Safety Goggles holders
